Her toes began to tingle

She knew would come soon enough

Waiting for the push

and her eyes darted back and forth

The pure white of the room was blinding her

She stepped out of her fabric cocoon

Living each day perceived as a lunatic.

So she put up with the countless blows

It hurt too much for her to explain how she felt or what she thought

They didn't believe her when she said she wasn't making it up

Put in place for her apparent safety.

Casting a glance across the foam covered walls

She woke up dreading the day ahead

On a particularly Bright day

She woke up every morning fearing the worst
